New Horizon Boat Trip – Morning
Back by popular demand! Join Signpost aboard the New Horizons canal boat for a leisurely trip along the Peak Forest Canal. The boat is fully accessible meaning everyone can have the chance to enjoy the sights of the canal.

You’ll be joined by a member of Signpost staff and one of our volunteers who will be on hand to prepare refreshments and make sure your outing is enjoyable. The boat itself is skippered by a trained crew who know everything you could wish to know about the canal and are more than happy to answer questions whilst sailing.
The boat departs from Marple Wharf and there are some disabled parking bays available. This event is open to carers and cared for, but we ask you to only book 2 tickets so as many people as possible can attend. (The boat only has space for one wheelchair – please book the correct ticket should you need the wheelchair spot). We’re asking for a donation of £12.50 to cover the cost of this event – should this be a barrier to you attending please make sure to contact us, we want everyone to be able to enjoy our events.
