Former Carers Group

Are you a former carer or has the person you care for moved to residential care? We recognise that both changes are key turning points in your caring journey. That’s why we’re inviting you to join our former carers at Berretto Lounge in Redrock, Stockport, for a brew and a chat. Our volunteers will be there to listen and support you through this change. There’s no need to book on just turn up on the day! 

 Whatever you take away from these conversations, we hope this will include a sense of solidarity in sharing your story, hearing about others, and coming up with a coping strategy or two to help you come to terms with your new role.
