Registering with Signpost as a carer means we can keep you up-to-date with the latest information and support for carers in Stockport as well as inviting you to special activities for carers. We offer emotional and practical support, including counselling, and access to our benefits team who can assist with complex forms. We can also provide you with our exclusive Connecting Carers Card which identifies you as a carer.
