Signpost Stockport for Carers is a well-established registered charity that exists to care for the carers. We believe being a carer should not be a barrier to a fulfilling life, and do all we can to support carers in our community.
We would like to invite you to be part of an exciting venture, and help us to recognise carers across Stockport- and maybe give them a treat or two along the way!
We are inviting local businesses to show they support their customers and staff that have a caring role by signing up to support the card and offering a little extra to these very special people. It may be that you can offer 25% off services on a Monday, a free cookie with a drink or something totally original- anything would be appreciated.
All the businesses that support the scheme will be promoted on our website, in our regular newsletter, on social media and in e- bulletins that go to our thousands of carers. It’s a real opportunity to find new customers- and an incentive for them to come to you!

Like many organisations, we are experiencing increased demand for our services alongside reduced funding and donations. To enable our team to work as effectively and efficiently as possible, we have taken the difficult decision to close our phone lines from 1pm, Monday – Friday.
